Ingredients: Stock flower essence blend; Lavender, Passionflower, Skullcap, Bellflower, Calendula, Pine Tree, filtered water, ~20% organic cane alcohol.

Take 1 to 3 drops 3 times a day or as needed. Can take drops directly under tongue or place drops in glass of water or water bottle.
