Suggested use: When you are challenged to access your inner resilience. Use in times when you need the calm, centering, grounded qualities of resilience.

Ingredients: Stock flower essence blend of Borage, Basil, Pine Tree, Yarrow, Lovage, Motherwort, filtered water, 20% organic cane alcohol.

Take 1 to 3 drops 3 times a day or as needed. Can take drops directly under tongue or place drops in glass of water or water bottle.
