Ingredients:Strong back (Desmodium abscendens), Mexican Wild Yam (Dioscorea belizensis), Man Vine (Securidaca diversifolia), Organic cane alcohol (~50%), Filtered water.

Take 30 drops as needed, up to 3-4 times per day. For acute tension, pain and spasm take 30 drops every 20 minutes for 3 doses maximum.
